Suggest Treatment For Chafing Between Inner Thighs And Testicles
Hello, I have incredibly painful chafing/ rash between my upper inner thighs and testicles and a slight amount going backwards. I have tried lotions, Gold Bond, Lamisil, and even diaper rash cream. Nothing seems to do the trick. Any recommendations? I have had chafing before, but never for this length of time and with little response to treatments.

If I were your treating dermatologist I would have given you Sertaconazole lotion to apply twice daily along with oral antifungal like Itraconazole once daily.
