So I used Nair and I accidently got some on my ( to be crude) on my vagina and I got a chemical burn. It hurts to urinate and I wanted to know if there s any remedies to cure it? How long will it take for it to cure? Does it permanently scar it? Would I be able to still have oral sex?
Hello dear Understand your concern Sometimes it occur during the removal of hair. Most of chemical are irritant and produce burning sensation. Please consult the dermatologist or gynecologist to examine extent of burn for safer side. Doctor would give following advice: 1. Wear pure cotton loose undergarments, avoid sweating in burning aers. 2. Sitz bath: sit in warm salted water for 10-15 minutes, 2-3 times/day: it help in healhing 3. Antibiotic ointment: Polyflax Ointment-help in to prevent infections 4. Mild steroid application like 0.5 percent hydrocortisone-help in reduction of inflammation and reduce itching 5.
