Hi, welcome to our site. I am Dr Saumya Mittal, MD.

There is a strong possibility that the medicines for the sugars are either accumulating in your body, or are at a higher dose than needed by your body.
The sugars, when they are imbalanced, can cause symptoms of
anxiety, pains in chest and stomach, sweating and a general discomfort. More severe fall in sugars can cause
fainting.
Pancreas may be enlarged due to the medications. Still checking
amylase and lipase will be a good idea.
Alternatively, this may have been an episode of severe
gastritis. A course of antacids like
rabeprazole 20 mg daily may help.
I am not considering the cardiac condition, cause as you have mentioned, they have already been tested.
I hope this helps you. Inform the reports mentioned above/if any other so I can be of help further.
I have given you the answer to the maximum considering the information provided. The results of the tests could further enhance my answer to you.
