Suggest Treatment For Chest And Throat Tightness

Hi,

I'm a 25 year old healthy male who has been recently suffering from chest and throat tightness. Blood testing was normal, upper endoscopey was normal, and went to 2 allergy sessions (for airborne allergens only) and everything was normal. I have a very light acid reflux (no heartburn). It seems that i get this uncomfortable feeling after coffee, soda, or chocolate. Any answer will be greatly appreciated!

Hi i read your query very carefully.

Your symptoms seems to gastro esophageal reflux disease (GERD).

I recommend:
- Avoid salty food.
- Avoid caffeine, chocolate and energy drinks.
- Avoid carbonated drinks.
- Eat often and in small portion.

Hope this was of help!
