Suggest Treatment For Chest Congestion And Runny Nose

I ve been sick for a couple months now just congestion and runny nose constantly, was told it was a sinus infection and was given medication but it still didnt go away, recently when i blow my nose my left ear pops and will not go back to normal even if i yawn.

it is a normal thing when you blow your nose as it occurs due to presssure difference so no need to worry about it.

try these medicaiton for your sinusitis.

tablet allegra 12o mg once a day for 1 week
otrivin nasal spray trice a day for 1 week

for head ache can take diclofenac 50 mg tablet.

try steam inhalation with medicinal oil like eukalyptus.
