Suggest Treatment For Chest Discomfort And Pain

For the past few weeks I have had discomfort in my chest and right arm. The discomfort has not been at all painful but more raciness or numbing?? Tough to explain. I m 46 and in good physical health. I find it taking place when driving or trying to sleep.

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to anxiety, heart pathology/Mitral valve prolapse.
I would suggest to consult the cardiologist and undergo ECG, CHEST XARY and if needed 2D echo, routine blood tests like CBC, Hb, CRP, ESR, vitamin B12 and vitamin D.
Meanwhile take following advises:
tABLET IBUPROFEN AND TABLET RANTAC
Avoid stress, drink plenty of water, take healthy diet, adequate sleep for 6-8 hours.
Do regular exercise like walking, yoga.
Other treatment will depend on the result of the test RESULT
