Suggest Treatment For Chest Infection Along With Strange Sensations In Upper Abdomen

Hi there I ve been unwell for approx 11weeks, it started with a cough, then developed a a chest Infection, just as this was clearing I got a viral infection, all this resulted in violent coughing so I had strained or torn the muscles or such in my ribs, at the same time I was diagnosed with mild pleurisy, I m now left with a chest infection, but today I feel a shaking in one of my lungs, what is this ? Thank you

Some fluid may have collected due to infection. Seems u have had a upper and lower respiratory viral infection. All of it should be cleared. Prolonged chest infection is not good for the system.
