I think i have a chest infection or possibly pnuemonia. 3 weeks ago i had a dry cough, so took some cough medicine and it cleared up. saturday night i had a pounding headache and chest pains and only what i can describe as a barking cough. a cough thats so deep it hurts but not much phleym is being produced. im not coughing all the time but when i do, i never get much mucas of my chest and when i do its dark green. ive had sickness and diarreoah on the sunday and monday and my chest just wont stop hurting. i had a temperature on the tuesday with a headache and just took paracetamol and tried to sleep it off as ive had no sleep. yesterday its gotten seemingly worse, with pain radiating into my back, and on both sides of my ribs. i didnt get much sleep last night as it felt so tight i couldnt breathe very well. ive gotten up this morning with back ache and in the middle of my chest it hurts so bad when i breathe generally, and when i breathe in and cough. please help me i cant get to a doctor as i have work, and unfortuantly we ar enot allowed any sick time
