Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Headache After A Fall

I fell down about.. seven stairs in my home. I landed on my back, I hurt my spine, chest and tailbone. Though I am unsure if I hit my head, the tailbone pain has gone, the chest pain still lingers and I have a persistent headache now. I am not sure if it is anything serious. I ve had the headache for about a day and a half now, the chest pain is only there if I try to bend over and get something.

HI
Well come to HCM
Because of the fall soft tissue injury may be likely and this might be causing pain, in all the accident cases investigation would be must, here x-ray study of chest would be necessary, to rule out the fracture part, till then this can be treated with Tab Acetaminophen with Diclofenac and Chlorzoxazone as per needed, hope this information helps.
