Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Profuse Sweating

Hi I am about to turn 28 yrs old and am on the following medications: Wellbutrin 100 mg 1xper day, Subtext 8mg 2xper day, Aderall 20mg 2x per day... I smoke about 1 pack maybe a little more every day since I was about 13. Also, the only beverage I ever drink is A&W Cream Soda -possibly 10 cans-ish a day.Recently, I started getting a unique (to me) pain in my chest I undoubtedly know that it is heart pain. I definitely wouldn t call it stabbing pain more dull and achey but nonetheless very real, noticeable and scary. It has happened quite a few times in the past few weeks about 3 times I was laying down 2 times I was sitting and the other time I was sitting in the car and really stressed out. Also, within the last 1&1/2 I have began profusely sweating (& getting poison ivy) when the rest of my life this was not the case.
