Hello Ma'am
first of all i want to thank you for an adequate information.
Cardiac cath is the final test to rule out if there is any cardiac issue gooing on and as in your case it has come out to be normal even after a positive trop you are quite lucky.
For youur information trop can also be slightly raised in some other senarios also and as a cardiologist we always preffer to summaries things instead of just going with trop reports.
Now coming to your question wat to do is, first of all relax as you are not having any cardiac issue, secondly take a hot water bottle and give hot fomentation and use mild pain releif meds like paracetamol twice a day for just 3 days, hopefully ull be relieved.

Good Luck
