Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain, Shortness Of Breath, Pain In Left Shoulder

ok i just went in to the hospital emergency room. I went in with chest pain, shortness of breath and hard to breathe, pain in my left shoulder and tingling feeling in my left hand. I have had dvt before and pulmonary embolism so i immediately went in, they drew blood and took a chest ct that they told me all came back normal. when they took my blood pressure upon arrival it was 92/55 pulse 74 o2 sat was 97%, they hooked up an ekg which they also said was normal and then released me. While doing release paperwork they checked vitals again this time they were 88/45 and 67bpm 100%o2. They said there were no problems and to just go home and rest. Upon returning home I still have all the same symptoms but have a severe headache that has suddenly developed also in addition. Should i go to a different E.R. or what?
