Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain While Breathing
I have had a sore throat since yesterday, no fever. This afternoon I started with some pain around my right lung. It hurts to breath in and touch. I do not have a cough and I am not congested. It hurts to move around and it is going up my right shoulder blade.

According to your history you have chest pain on moving and on touching ...you dont have cough or any other respi symptoms...So suggesting most likely musculoskeletal pain....
Take ibuprofen for 4 to 5 days...
Sleep posture proper....
Avoid strenous work...
Rest done ....
Hot compress can be applied over chest...
Although no respi symptoms present, if in 2 or 3 days your condition not improved then chest x ray done for rule out respi causes like bronchitis...
Take care...
If congestion occurs with cough then consultation to doctor necessary..
