Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain

Hi, I m dan, 21 yrs old, not obess, fit but not to the extent of a gym freak body. First let me mention that I experimented a little bit with being a vegan for 3 weeks, and I loved it, it was very pleasant to my bowl movement, until it threw my stomach off balance (I guess I didn t transition properly into to it, I went on all out fruit and vegs only). So lesson learned I went back to a secural or regular food habbits of a non vegan, but incorporating vegs like a normal person would. And lately I ve been having hard stool, and yesterday (in the evening), while doing my bowl movement (pushing) : I felt like a heat sensation on my right chest (2 inches away from the nipple) as if something was leaking through my right chest and it hurt. and this morning, while doing my bowl movement the same thing happened again. I ve never experience this before. As I go on about my day, going to classes, I feel this little warmth sensation (inflamation), when I try to do certain movement such as seat correctly chest forward and shoulders back the very same spot feels like a tingling sensation as if some one pad a cotton ball of alcohol on it. So is this a burst on my lung that would require surgery?, or should just take it easy and it just my digestive system system getting acustom to a secular diet? HELP!!!!!!!!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

There is nothing to worry about there. A burst in your lungs would present with more severe symptoms than you have reported. These symptoms would subside with time and in no way present any danger to your health be it now or in future.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more clarifications and information if need be.
