Suggest Treatment For Chest Pressure And Heartburn In An Elderly Person

Hello, I am 64 year old woman. I have been feeling tightness in my chest and some wierd sensation in both my arms (mostly at night). My blood pressure right now is 168/102 and pulse 119. I have been extremely healthy, breast cancer 20 years ago. I do not take any medication-I took tums for heartburn the last several nights thinking that is what was wrong. Although I still feel a little exasperated--like I ve been exercising or something. I live in the mountains and about 90 minutes from any doctors office. Do you think I can wait a few more days to see if it subsides?

Hi. Thanks for posting on hcm.
I recommend you to see a doctor immediately in lieu of your sympyoms and high blood pressure and not taking any medications as I am suspecting I can be retaled to heart or impending stroke consukt a doctor and get examined to be on safe side, if everything is fine then it could just be a gas trouble.

I strongly recommend you to get examined for the high blood pressure and start medications if it remaims the same to prevent complications
