Suggest Treatment For Chest Tightness And Breathing Difficulty

so i sometimes feel a tightness in my chest and i feel as if i can t breathe properly and then i also feel like my throat feels tight if that makes sense and when i want to sleep i usually sleep on my side i feel as if i can t breathe through my nose properly and i usually would have to wet my nose from the inside to be able to sleep help

hello,
i can understand your concern.
obstructed nose can be very irritating at bed time and it usually deprives of sleep.
i would like to know your age and any history of similar complaints in the past.
i would advice you to get an ea nose throat examination done by a doctor to rule out any mechanical obstruction of the nose like polyps,growths.
i would suggest you a short course of a steroid nasal spray such a s metaspray twice daily for 20 days.
please get back to us after the course with the response of the medication.
