Suggest Treatment For Chicken Pox Along With Loss Of Appetite

My 4 year old son had chicken pox 3 weeks ago, then last week had a viral head cold. Today he has had a temperature and vomiting. His appetite has been very poor for the last few weeks. He has lost weight and Im getting really worried. How can I help his overall health?

Hi.
Take acyclovir 400mg thrice daily,which reduces the spread of infection,but does nt cures completely.drink plenty of water,tender coconut..
