Suggest Treatment For Child Suffering From Loose Motion And Stomach Pain

Dear doctor....my 2.7 year old son got stomach infection n because of that he had loose motion vomiting high fever. ..took antibiotics ...still he has loose motion. ..all stool test reports normal.....now its more than 3 weeks still he is suffering from loose motion n stomach pain...what to do

it may not be having any infection but simply indigetion. no need of taking any antibiotic. mantain hydration, and can take bland diet. can take tab unienzyme and omiprazol for 5days. if there is still vomiting then take tab domperidon and electral mixed in water when vomiting is controlled. when feel normal take normal diet. from semifluid to solid. if very high fever than take tab paracetamol.
