I have had flu like symptoms for the last 2 days.....chills, fever, but no sore throat. I am treating with aspirin and the temp keeps coming down only temporarily. I have sweated it out a few times and feel great for about 2 hours but then it returns....does this sound viral, bacteria or another type of infection

Drink plenty of water 5. Take fruits like banana, orange, grapes 6. Tablet Paracetamol 500 mg Three times a day for 3 days 7. Tablet cefixime 400 mg two times a day for three days to prevent bacterial infection
If do not resolve, do blood test for malaria and typhoid.
Hope this may help you Wish you good health.
