My tongue is white and been having chills and never had fever. My temp runs between 97.9 to 98.4F.
No fever, no night sweets, been having constipation and no sore throat. I am a little anemia. Some time I fell like my feet are cold and times that I fell like I am running fever but my temp is 98.4

Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

White discoloration of tongue or white tongue coating is commonly due to Yeast infection known as Oral Thrush..
Secondly if you are anemic other symptoms like cold feeling etc can be due to it.
For the white coating consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated..
In case of Thrush you will be advised antifungal medicines like Nystatin mouthwash, Clotrimazole lozenges and Oral Medication like Fluconazole..
For Anemia get a proper blood investigations done under supervision of a Medicine specialist and you can be advised medicatoons like Iron supplements depending upon the investigation report..

Hope this helps..

Regards.
