Suggest Treatment For Chills, Dizziness And Abdominal Discomfort

lower intestinal discomfort, chills, lightheadedness - I work with children who are always sick and many have been ill, but I m not sure with what. This condition began about two weeks ago and I thought it was gone, but now it s back. It seems to be intense on hot days, which makes me think it is allergy related. I m very allergic to cut grass and I ve been sneezing a little.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection. The chills are usually related to an infection.

I suggest doing a complete blood count, a urinalysis and a stool test for further evaluation.

Meanwhile, I suggest using Tylenol three times a day to relieve the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
