Hi"! Im a 66 year old male. I have been having on and off fever, chills and night sweats for the past two weeks. I have no cough, urinary complaints nor bm changes. I live in manila philippines and did not travel to areas endemic for malaria. What could i have?

from history it seems that though you might not have any urinary tract infection symptoms, there might be having some chronic urinary tract infection or some prostate problem.
Go for routine urine check up.
If require consult surgeon for prostate check up.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
