Suggest Treatment For Chlamydia

I m 18 and tested positive for chlamydia. I DONT want my parents finding out. Can I tell my clinic dr to keep my info private? I m on my parents insurance and I don t want theming knowing about my medication. Can I just pay out of my pocket so they don t find out?
