I have chronic acid reflux - lately my glands feel enlarged - I have been taking care of my brother who was diagnosed with in hospital pneumonia - I have recently had neck pain and headaches due to this stress and my chiropractor stated she thought she felt a lump in my neck. However, when I take sinus over the counter meds, I feel better....Thoughts

due to sinus infection you developed lymphadenopathy(not for sure),which area is the lump?? size of the lump?
no need to worry just consult your doctor he will guide you in right way.
for the gerd you have to avoid spices ,and fatty food.
tab.esomoprazole +levosulphuride useful before break fast.
low quantity meals with more frequently you can have.
head end little elevation while sleeping
sleep 2 hours after dinner.
