Suggest Treatment For Chronic Anal Fissure

i am 36 years i have chronic annul fissure . in the morning after potty the pain of recterm started and stayin few hours. i took some homeopathy medicine and some oinment for external use purpose, but still i feel the pain. i have no bleeding only itching and pian. when i take hot pad then i feel comfortable. this problem i faced four years and now i want to releif . please tell me what i am doing?)
