Suggest Treatment For Chronic Arthritis Pain

An MRI showed a thickened ACL, what options do I have for pain relief? I have arthritis in 3 other places in my body- could this be the start of arthritis as well? Surgeon just said there was nothing he could do for me, no option to ask questions. I have had multiple oblasions throughout my spinal column which have helped that pain, wondering if there is something equivalent for the knee. Thanks!

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, finding of MRI could be questionable right now if the condition is painful then this can be managed with NSAID and do not try to bend the knee joint beyond 90 degree, spinal disease and knee joint arthritis can be treated in the same way, hope this information helps, take care and have nice day.
I find this answer helpful
