Suggest Treatment For Chronic Back Pain Along With Degenerative Arthritis

I have chronic back pain from an accident in 1998 along with degenerative arthritis. I m also in need of a total hip replacement which I cannot afford at this time. I m attempting to access resources to supply me with personal use of paid medication. Can you assist me with this situation?

You have not mentioned your age which is very important in case of back pain. But as your history suggests I think you are an elderly women so I will advice you to take pain killer like akilos-p or biozobid-plus for your back pain only when it is worse enough or disturbing your daily work. Apart from this you can take some calcium supplement like tab shalcal or tab toscal-gem once daily preferably in afternoon. You can do some physiotherapy exercises after an expert opinion of physiotherapist. I will also advice you to sleep on a plain surface as it is very helpful in case of back pain. Thank You
