Suggest Treatment For Chronic Back Pain

Hlw Sir, iam sruthi, iam suffering from back pain since 6 months. i ll get pain when i sit or liying on bed for a long time. while walking for a long tym i feel pain on my left lower limb. doctor diagnosed as mild IVDP at L4-L5 level, by seeing the ct images. how can i get recovery from this.

1. You can use over the counter [OTC] anti inflammatory drugs along with physiotherapy,stretching exercise.
2. Maintain straight back posture while standing or sitting
. Avoid bending forward and lifting heavy weight
. Sleep on hard mattress
. gentle massage with rubefacient ointments.
. Lumbosacral belt to support the spine and prevent bending.
PS. If there is shooting pain it may require pelvic traction, epidural injections, myelography or surgery.
