Suggest Treatment For Chronic Back Pain

Hi, I have chronic back pain caused by eneven pelvis. I will be seeing my chiro in 3 weeks in the UK I need pain relief till then. I have ahd a spent fitted 8 years ago. But until this event I played golf 2 weekly. I am 74 Allen Ps panadol doesnt work. ibroprofen seems to.

I think taking painkillers is not a complete solution. A physiotherapist can help you in improving your quality of life. However, for short time relief, you can have a non steroidal anti-inflammatory drug.
