Suggest Treatment For Chronic Back Pain
I have been sober for 30 years but my back pain is so bad I may start drinking again, Drs in Ma wont prescribe pain medication because its not politically correct. I cannot sleep more than 2 hours. I am bipolar and thinking about flipping out and going nuts so I can get suicide by cop

Really sorry to hear of your problem. While it's important that you see a neurosurgeon to to evaluate your backache and prescribe drugs accordingly.
I understand how distressing the backache can be. I also concerned about your psychiatric issues and wold advise to see your psychiatrist for that as well as these may be rated to the pain.
