Suggest Treatment For Chronic Bad Breath And Pain In Neck Area

I am experiencing chronic bad breath, constantly swallowing due to a feeling of something in the back of my throat, pain in my neck area, and if I rotate my neck like exercising then I can hear a crackling sound. The dentist says my teeth and gums are in good condition. What could be wrong?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The chronic bad breath, and constantly swallowing due to a feeling of something in the back of your throat could be related to stomach issues as long as your teeth are ok as confirmed by your dentists.

Check it out by your gastroenterologist, run upper endoscopy to determine the right cause.
Throat strep test is also recommended to rule out strep infection.

The crackling sound when you rotate or exercise the neck is due to changes in position of the neck vertebrae. Run xray of the neck area to check it out. Plus, take analgesic orally, apply locally. Do massage with essential oils.

All the best.
