Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain bad breath can occur due to a large number of causes like excessive intake of strong smelling things like onions and garlic, poor oral hygiene causing gum and periodontal diseases, fungal infection in mouth, dryness of mouth due to salivary gland disorders, post nasal drip, sinus infections, diabetes, digestive problems causing belches and acid refluxes, lung diseases etc..

In case you have digestive problems causing passage of foul smelling gases there can be passage of gases through belches too and leading to foul smell..
Acid reflux can also be a cause of the bad breath..

In case of underlying problems the use of mouthwashes, brushing can temporary mask the smell but it will recur soon..

I would suggest you to correct the digestive issues which can eventually lead to correction in your bad breath problem..

Take more of fibrous diet , avoid oily and heavy foods, drink plenty of water, incorporate probiotics like curd in diet, incorporate exercises in your routine for a better digestion.
Take Simethicone as it will help in reducing intestinal gas..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
