Hi,
You are a known case of systemic
lupus and do get
joint pains now more in both elbows, but also have in both collarbones.
This indicates the local cause like fibromyositis, deposit in the bone and muscles.
This can be diagnosed by the following ways
Clinical examination by your Doctors or Orthopedic Surgeon.
MRI of the affected areas to decide the cause, the extent and thus have proper plan of management.
Blood tests according to the clinical picture to add on the management.
Take rest.
Slings for both upper
limbs to give rest to both elbows and the collarbone area.
Painkillers and anti-inflammatory medicines as would be advised.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
