General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You should take:
- Mag citrate again
- Take laxatives candies containing senna until you get a bowel movement
- Increase water intake
- Take lactulose or other stool softeners
- Take psyllium or plum supplement as fiber supplement to induce bowel movement.
- Can apply anal enema

If not success, then, go to ER if this abdominal discomfort is unbearable to you.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
