Hi,
Welcome To HCM & Thanks For Asking Your Query Here
i can understand your worries and concern regarding the child
constipation is a common problem among children now a days when there are lots of junk foods and packaged edibles are available in market
and you should concentrate more on the diet and life style of your child
i cant say whether Amway fibers are medical approved or not but it will not be a better choice for a small kid to give many medicines and supplements at this little age and better to Give your child A high-fiber diet with plenty of fluids. eg. plenty of fresh fruits and juices and vegetables, high-fiber cereals, whole grain breads (look for at least 3-5 grams of fiber per serving), and a variety of beans and other legumes, like chickpeas and lentils ,Milk is also a good choice
along with this keep an eye on how much water she drink as it is very important to drink plenty of water to make smooth bowel movements
if your child has no
abdominal pain and
bloating , no complaints while passing stool than even 3 bowel movement in a week considered as normal
but if your child complaints of abdominal cramps and severe discomfort , if he doesn't pass stool even after all home treatment than you should consult with your pediatric to further evaluate the issue
I hope it help
Thanks & Get well Soon
