You are suffering from constant pain and discomfort in the stomach due to
constipation. You also suffer from gas and acidity. To avoid constipation, you should stay well hydrated. Take water and fluids. Add more fiber to your diet. Avoid taking red meat, red meat causes constipation. Avoid taking food and drinks that cause you constipation like processed grains, milk and dairy products, fries & fast food, alcohol, etc.
Do take laxatives and suppositories for relieve. To get rid of constipation, you can also take prunes, pears, kiwi, papayas, spinach, citrus fruits, lentils, etc. Since you are having
stomach discomfort & pain , get clinically examined. Get tests and investigations done to detect developing ulcer (peptic / esophageal). You will be treated based on these factors. In the meantime, you can take antacids or PPIs for relief. Stay away from addictions if any,
