hi, my name is chaithu and i'm suffering from depression for past 6 years, i cannot go to the hospital or tell to my parents. from past few days i'm suffering from severe depression and i'm feeling so lonely and i can't even stop crying, please help me i just want to get out of it.

I think, you need proper treatment with antidepressant and in that case, you should consult psychiatrist for proper management. I would suggest you antidepressant like paroxetine, but it is not available over the counter. You need prescription for that, so better consult a psychiatrist for that.
