Sir....I am having loose motion frequently....2 to 6 times a day....also suffering from stomach ache and bloating of stomach. In a day if I consume small amount of food then my stomach starts paining .and instead of hard stool I suffer from watery foul smelling stool????

I suggest you to take 1)plenty of fluid with ORS.
2)Take tablet dicyclomine
3) tablet ciprofloxacin
