Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I blew my nose which caused my ear to pop. Seconds later I was seeing sideways, disoriented and fell down, as I had no balance. I understand that my ears have a great amount to do with balance and why, but I ve never had this happen. Should I be worried?
there is nothing to worry. if it's so annoying you might take beta histine tablet (8mg) three times a day for 3 days.most of the time it get corrected after having the first tablet itself .but if it's something that you have quite often the you might consider and ent consulates to do some correction manneuvers(exercise)
