Suggest Treatment For Chronic Fissures
I am a chronic patient of Fissure.it gets aggravated sometimes once in a year or at more duration. I used to take ayurvedic medicines of Patanjali apart from Kayam churna as pergative on regular basis.But still it increase sometimes.These days I am suffering from annul pain. Kindly suggest whether application of Ritucool cream would be helpful.if not kindly advice further corse of action. Regards, R.Sahay

Well come to HCM
If this is anal fissure your are taking about then this can be treated with Policresulen ointment with Povidone Iodine ointment, with Tab Amoxicillin with Clavulanic acid 625 mg twice in day, stool softener can be tried, because fecal material should not be hard because this is the only reason which causes "Fissures" if these fails to respond then only option remained is surgery, hope this information helps.
