Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns.

As per your complain bad breath can occur due to a number of causes like poor oral hygiene, oral and dental infections, upper respiratory tract infection, sinus infection or sinusitis, acid reflux, digestive problems, excessive intake of high aroma foods like Onion and garlic, dry mouth etc..
Many a times there is no apparent cause of halitosis..
You can start gargling with a sugar free chewing gum that is flavoured with mint or menthol flavour as it will stimulate saliva flow as well as mask bad breath..
You can gargle with a flavoured mouthwash..
You should also drink plenty of water..
Maintain a good oral hygiene..
Avoid taking excess of high aroma foods like onion and garlic..
When you re around people you can chew flavoured chewing gums as it will help in preventing bad breath..
You can also do steam inhalations with a few drops of Eucalyptus oil in boiling water..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
