Hello,

Your hypertension or asthma may won't develop within a period of the short span of time.

They may be progressing slowly and present they manifested. Ionising radiation exposure may induce vascular abnormalities and multiple small infarcts which may lead to Alzheimer's disease.

Deep vein thrombosis or atrial fibrillation may cause pulmonary embolism.

Use antihypertensive drugs, use anticoagulant for pulmonary embolism.

A headache may be due to a migraine or due to hypertension or anxiety. Get MRI brain scan, ECG and chest CT. Please consult your physician/neurologist they will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
