Suggest Treatment For Chronic Heartburn And Constipation
I have chronic heartburn no matter what I do or do not eat. I have problems with constipation, and I have noticed lately that my urine is very yellow and strong in oder? Could this be related? what would cause these symptoms? I drink a lot through out the day and also through the night.

Hello,
I think you can use antiacids such as Pepto-Bismol or Maalox for heartburn.
Using Ppi like omeprazole can help you reduce the acidity secretion of the stomach.
You can use sena leaves for constipation drinking them as tea at night.
Also, lactose can be used.
