Rantak D 150 mg Regularly.... Thanks
Though igA nephropathy, has very good response to treatment, however even if with steroids response isn't adequate, immunosuppressive therapy may be added to get better response. If the renal function have deteriorated rapidly, then an injectable pulse of steroids may be given. But apart from the treatment of igA, she is otherwise on adquate renal replacement therapy, and three monthly calcium, phosphate, and PTH levels may be needed. Also epokine and iron replacement to treat hemoglobin levels alongside. Water intake should be comparable to.output and dehydration should be avoided. Drugs in high potassium and high in protein should be avoided.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
