Suggest Treatment For Chronic Lower Back Pain, Depression And Fatigue

I suffer from chronic lower back pain, which is now moved to my legs, groins, hips.Other symptoms are constant fatigue and subsequent depression. I ve had no relief from epidural injections, physio, difene, or energy meds such as pharmaton etc.I ve had these sypmtoms for over a year and am getting progressively worse.I ve had bloods tested for inflammatory levels and they re normal. Can you suggest what I should do next?

dear friend
Your depression is the main issue here the other two symptoms may just be an extension of your depressed mood.
Are you on treatment for depression if so please share the medication if not please visit a psychiatrist and discuss out your issues with him/her
