Suggest Treatment For Chronic Lower Back Pain

I have chronic pain in the Lower part of my back in the middle to where my spin is. After the sharpe pain hit my back I receive sharp pains going down my leg and especially in the thigh. My daughter put me on melodic am but not doing any good. What do you suggest? Ck I

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Chronic low back pain could be due to lumbar spondylosis.
Kindly get X-ray of lumbar spine done to know about the status of your spine.
Apart from intake of analgesics and applying analgesic gel locally, you can manage with Tablet. Methylcobalamin and Physiotherapy exercises to strengthen back muscles.
Also, you may require ultrasonic or infrared heat treatment based on your X-ray findings.
