Suggest Treatment For Chronic Lower Back Pain

I have chronic lower back pain. I thought my two herniated discs were acting up again but now wonder if it I have an infection that is causing the lower back pain. I can hardly get out of bed in the morning and it takes 2-3 hours before I can function properly.

Welcome at HCM
i appreciate your health concerns
What is your age? Any other associated problem like diabetes or hypertension?
It is not possible to make exact diagnosis without carrying out physical examination.
You really need to get your x ray lumbosacral spine .An MRI of the lumbosacral spine is very helpful in making diagnosis.
Stay calm and avoid physical exertion particularly bending.
Use acetaminophen to relieve pain. And meet orthopedic surgeon.
Hope it helps
