Suggest Treatment For Chronic Migraine And Fatigue

I have been on Norco 10/325 for years now. I also take Gabapentin 600 3x a day and Methocarbamol 750 3x a day, but my Fibromyalgia , arthritis crronic fatigue are not better but worse, and my chronic migrains (15-25) monthly...I use Imatrex 100, I m not better gut worse. My bone pain and nerve pain are completely out of control. I spend most days in bed, I have no quality of life. I m almost 63 yrs old. Can you recommend a better course of meds?

for migraine you can take migrainil tablet for till symptoms are cotrolled. it can be one tablet to start with and increase the dose upto 6tablet till it is controlled.
