Suggest Treatment For Chronic Nausea And Vomiting In An Elderly Person

hi, my father has been experiencing nausea and vomiting for months now. he has dementia and i wondered if that had anything to do with it…drs said NO. they have done an ultrasound, CT scan and blood work and have found nothing… he is 88 years old and his health has declined because of this condition. he had an endoscopy yesterday which showed gastritis and thats all. he was prescribed nausea meds which don t seem to work as well as a prilosec-type medication. dehydration has been a huge problem and we can t seem to keep enough liquids in him to ward off this condition. please help if you can…thank you

in my opinion deworming and liver function test are most important.with investigation both condition can be diagnosed and treated. it will be better to diagnose and go for specific treatment.
