Suggest Treatment For Chronic Pain Caused Due To Facial Neuropathy

8 years ago I had a dentist remove a upper right molar, he snatched the tooth out along with the sinus floor and a Hugh piece of the jaw. Since then CHRONIC FACIAL PAIN AND HEADACHES. Many many test, MRI, CT scan, Nuclear bone scan, nerve blocks and tons of medicines, two sinus surgeries with bone graph and steel plates to rebuild the sinus floor, all failed and had to be removed. I have been on lymictal for many years 200mg 2x a day, vicoprohen for breakout pain, opana er 20mg 2 x a day, Neurontin 300mg at bedtime......now after adding the Neurontin I am having extreme headaches. All I ever get is Chronic Pain Syndrome from facial neuropathy I need serious help...my body is getting tired and it is all I can do just to go to work everyday at my job for the past 23 years.
